- In bowl, use a whisk to mix together pancake mix and 2/3 cup (150 mL) water until smooth.
- Mix in hash browns, peas, onion, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Cook pancakes in skillet according to package instructions. Serve with hot sauce, dollops of plain yogourt and lime wedges, if desired.
Frozen ingredients can be added to batter either frozen or thawed.
For gluten-free pancakes, use Compliments Gluten-Free Pancake & Waffle Mix. Mix batter according to package directions. For every 1 cup (250 mL) of mixed gluten free batter, use recipe's ingredient add-ins.
