Method

Step 1
Slide prosciutto onto skewer. Next, slide 1 piece of orange, basil leaf and 1 olive onto skewer. Place completed skewer on a serving platter and repeat. Sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar.
