- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; then cut each half into 4 to 6 long wedges. Place in large bowl with oil, chili powder, hot sauce, cumin and salt. Toss to coat.
- Arrange potato wedges in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 40 min., turning over halfway, to ensure even browning. Transfer to serving platter; sprinkle with parmesan and parsley to serve.
Tip: Serve these flavourful potato wedges as a side dish for meats or alone as a snack.
