Ingredients

  • 1 round slice watermelon (about 1-in./2.5-cm thick, 8-in/20-cm diameter
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) dried cherries
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) flaked coconut
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sliced almonds
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Greek vanilla yogourt

Method

  1. Place watermelon round on serving plate. Sprinkle with cherries, coconut and almonds. Drizzle with yogourt.
  2. Cut watermelon into quarters to serve. 


Tip: For larger “pizza,” double the topping quantities and use 12-in. (30-cm) diameter round watermelon slice.
