2 cans Compliments Pineapple Tidbits in Pineapple Juice
2 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup Compliments Shredded Sweetened Coconut, toasted
2 cans Compliments Pineapple Tidbits in Pineapple Juice
2 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup Compliments Shredded Sweetened Coconut, toasted
Directions
1Pour pineapple tidbits, including the juice, into. 8-in. (20-cm) square metal pan or a similar-size freezable container. Stir in lime zest and lime juice. Cover and freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hr., until almost frozen through.
2Transfer mixture to food processor; pulse until just slushy
3Divide among 4 serving bowls. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
Tips

Substitute lemon zest and juice.

Substitute coconut with toasted sliced almonds.

Serve in chilled cups or bowls.
