Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef (750 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Prepared Mustard (45 mL)
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic Seasoning Paste (30 mL)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (15 mL)
  • 1/4 tspsalt (1 mL)
  • 1/2 tsppepper (2 mL)

Method

  1. Combine ground beef, egg, mustard, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix until just blended, then shape into 4 large patties. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Season patties with salt and pepper on both sides, then grill with lid closed for about 10 min., flipping once.
