2 Compliments Mini Seedless Cucumbers, each thinly sliced lengthwise into 6 strips
¼ cup Compliments Cream Cheese Spread
⅛ tsp pepper
12 Sensations by Compliments Smoked Salmon
12 small fresh Compliments Dill sprigs
1 lemon, quartered
2 Compliments Mini Seedless Cucumbers, each thinly sliced lengthwise into 6 strips
¼ cup Compliments Cream Cheese Spread
⅛ tsp pepper
12 Sensations by Compliments Smoked Salmon
12 small fresh Compliments Dill sprigs
1 lemon, quartered
Directions
1SPREAD each cucumber length with cream cheese and season with pepper. Place one cube smoked salmon at one end of each cucumber length and roll it up, inserting a toothpick to hold each roll together. Garnish with dill and serve with lemon wedges
