Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) Compliments Berry & Cherry Boost
  • 1 cup (250 mL) chopped English cucumber
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Sensations by Compliments Pure & Natural Orange Juice with Pulp
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey

Method

  1. Add frozen fruit, cucumber, orange juice, ginger and honey to a blender. Purée until smooth. Divide evenly between 4 glasses.
