Sure, they’re not a rack of ribs, but with their sweet sauciness and crunchy edge – they’re the only way we want to eat fresh corn this season. (Serve alongside ribs if desired – but don’t forget the napkins!)

  • ¼ cup Compliments Unsalted Butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp white miso paste

  • ¼ cup + 1 ½ tsp maple syrup, divided

  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh garlic

  • 1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 6 cobs corn, freshly shucked

  • 2 tbsp canola oil

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup finely sliced green onions

  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

Tips

1

Corn ribs can be cooked in the oven. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 25 to 30 min., turning once. Glaze and return to the oven for 2 min. to set the glaze.
