Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lay naans on a baking tray. Spread tzatziki dip right up to the edges of each bread.
Step 2
Top each naan with 1/4 cup (60 mL) mozzarella cheese, half the red pepper and chicken. Drizzle each pizza with olive oil and remaining mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Bake 8 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
