thinly sliced Panache Beef Brisket

1½ cups
BBQ sauce
375 mL
Compliments Brioche Mini Burger Buns
480 g
1 cup
Moishes Creamy Coleslaw
250 mL
Compliments Garlic Dill Pickles, thinly sliced lengthwise
2½ cups
fresh microgreens or sprouts
625 mL


Step 1

Preheat your grill at medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grates.

Step 2

Coat brisket evenly with BBQ sauce in a large cast iron pan or disposable aluminum pan. Cover pan with foil, then place on the grill. Cook, lid closed, until sauce is bubbling, 6 to 7 min. Remove foil and gently stir beef, then continue cooking until sauce reduces slightly, 3 to 4 more min.

Step 3

Meanwhile, grill buns, cut-side-down, until lightly toasted, about 1 min.

Step 4

Assemble sliders by dividing brisket, then coleslaw, sliced pickles and microgreens evenly between bottom buns. Cap off sliders with top buns, securing it in place with a skewer, if desired.
