Ingredients

- Compliments Original Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix (or Compliments Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix)
- 250 mL
- 3/4 cup
- peeled, finely diced apple
- 175 mL
- 3 tbsp
- hemp seeds
- 45 mL
- 1 1/2 tsp
- ground cinnamon
- 7 mL
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 5 mL
- 1/8 tsp
- nutmeg
- 0.5 mL
Method
- Step 1
- In a bowl, use a whisk to mix together pancake mix and 2/3 cup (150 mL) water until smooth.
- Step 2
- Stir in apple, hemp seeds, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
- Step 3
- Cook pancakes in skillet according to package directions. Serve with butter and maple syrup, if desired.
