Ingredients

  • 6 cups (1.5 L) broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) shredded Canadian Cheddar Cheese, Aged 2 Years
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Compliments Nut, Raisin & Cranberry Trail Mix
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Compliments Coleslaw Dressing
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely diced red onion

Method

  1. Cut florets into bite-sized pieces. In large bowl, toss together broccoli, cheese, trail mix, dressing and red onion. Keep chilled (for best flavour, chill 1 hr. before serving).

Tips:
