Our New York-style bagels are back with a new recipe! Made with Canadian flour using a long, natural fermentation process and water boiled to lock in moisture and set the crust prior to baking. Available in a variety of flavours and baked in-store throughout the day* to a golden-brown finish, our bagels have a chewy crust and a fluffy interior. Find them in our Bakery Dept.
