1. Make charcuterie roses

On a cutting board, arrange 2 or 3 slices of salami from a package of Compliments Charcuterie Trio in a row, overlapping so the edge of 1 slice meets the centre of another. Fold salami row in half lengthwise. Tightly roll from 1 side to the other to form rose shape; secure with toothpick. Skewer basil leaves on each side of rose, then cherry tomatoes, if desired.

2. Use it as a wrap

The best thing about prosciutto is that it’s thinly sliced and it pairs well with almost anything. Transform a simple breadstick into a grazing-board favourite or go traditional and wrap juicy slices of cantaloupe with our trio of Dry-Cured Genoa Salami, Salami with Prosciutto & Prosciutto. Want to take grazing to the next level? Wrap a wheel of brie in prosciutto and bake it for even more flavour.

3. Bake charcuterie chips

On a baking sheet, arrange salami (and prosciutto, if using) from a package of Compliments Charcuterie Trio in 1 layer. Bake at 325°F for 10 min.; flip, then bake for 5 min. Transfer to paper towel–lined plate to cool and crisp up further. Serve on charcuterie board, crumble over pasta, soup or salad, or serve with Compliments Spinach Dip.
