Ingredients

frozen chopped mango
375 mL
⅓ cup
honey

lemon juice

Sriracha hot sauce

Method

Step 1
Place mango, honey, ¼ cup (60 mL) water, lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic and salt in small saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 8 min., until mango is tender and liquid is syrupy. Cool slightly.
Step 2
Transfer to blender and puree until smooth. Sauce can be stored, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days. Serve warm or cooled with prepared Sensations by Compliments Sprolls.
