Summer Salad

Makes: 1 Salad


  1. 3 large Gala apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  2. 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
  3. 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  4. 1/2 cup Citrus Honey Poppyseed Vinaigrette
  5. 1 pkg baby spinach
  6. 1/2 pkg Canadian Cheddar Cheese Aged 2 Years, crumbled into small pieces
  7. 1 lb strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced


  1. Toss apples, radishes and celery in vinaigrette. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
  2. Arrange spinach on a large platter. Top with apple mixture; season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and strawberries.
