Grilled Bone-In New York Steaks

  1. 4 New York Steak, bone-in and trimmed of excess fat
  2. 1 medium white onion, thinly sliced
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. 1/4 cup Compliments Lemon Juice
  5. 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  7. 1 teaspoon each salt and freshly ground pepper
  8. 1/4 teaspoon red chile flakes


  1. Rinse meat, pat dry and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat, then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and up to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  3. Prepare grill as desired. 
  4. Remove meat from marinade and grill, basting with marinade, to desired doneness. 
  5. Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
