Steak Skewers with Garlic and Mustard

  1. 11/4 pounds round steak, cut into pieces
  2. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  5. 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
  6. 5 ounces Compliments Organic Baby Spinach, to serve
  7. Flatbread or Naan bread
  8. 12 ounces cucumber feta dip


  1. Heat a grill pan or barbecue over high heat. 
  2. Place steak, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and mustard in a bowl and toss to combine. 
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
  4. Thread the beef onto skewers and grill or barbecue for 2–3 minutes each side for medium rare, or until cooked to your liking. 
  5. Serve with spinach leaves, flatbread and feta dip.
