- Combine milk, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and pepper in medium saucepan set over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring often, 3 to 5 min. until steaming. Whisk with frother or hand blender until frothy.
- Divide hot coffee among 6 large mugs. Pour frothy milk over coffee. Top with dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with hazelnuts.
Tips: Spike lattes with 2 tbsp (30 mL) Frangelico or your favourite liqueur. Also, sweeten whipped cream to taste.
