Cantaloupe-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups (500 mL) cubed cantaloupe
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 cup (250 mL) vanilla yogourt
  4. 2 tsp (10 mL) maple syrup

Method

  1. Place cantaloupe, banana, yogourt and maple syrup in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into tall glass to serve.
