Banana Soy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 30 mL flax meal (ground flaxseed)
  2. 1 mL ground cinnamon
  3. 1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into four
  4. 125 mL fat-free vanilla Greek yogourt
  5. 15 mL almond butter
  6. 375 mL soy milk

Method

  1. In a blender, add soy milk, banana pieces, yogourt, flax meal, almond butter and cinnamon. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, 3 to 4 minutes. Pour into chilled glasses to serve.
