ripe banana, peeled and cut into large pieces

fat-free vanilla Greek yogourt
125 mL
2 tbsp
flax meal (ground flaxseed)
30 mL
1 tbsp
almond butter
15 mL
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 mL

Method

Step 1

In a blender, add soy beverage, banana pieces, yogourt, flax meal, almond butter and cinnamon. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, 3 to 4 minutes. Pour into chilled glasses to serve.
