Ingredients

  • 30 mL flax meal (ground flaxseed)
  • 1 mL ground cinnamon
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into four
  • 125 mL fat-free vanilla Greek yogourt
  • 15 mL almond butter
  • 375 mL soy milk

Method

  1. In a blender, add soy milk, banana pieces, yogourt, flax meal, almond butter and cinnamon. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, 3 to 4 minutes. Pour into chilled glasses to serve.
