grated smoked Gouda, such as Anco Smoked Flavoured Gouda
diced fresh tomato
canned black beans, drained and rinsed
finely diced red onion
jalapeno, seeded and diced
coarsely chopped cilantro
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line large pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread half the tortilla chips on the parchment. Scatter half the chorizo and chicken, followed by half the cheese, tomato, black beans, onion and jalapeno, onto the chips. Layer with remaining chips; sprinkle with remaining toppings (except cilantro).
Bake 10 to 12 min. until cheese is melted and toppings are warmed through. Sprinkle with cilantro to serve.
