Ingredients

  • 1 bag Broccoli Slaw
  • 2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 red apple, cored and cut into thin wedges
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped mint
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

Method

  1. COMBINE broccoli slaw, cherries, pine nuts, apple and mint in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss.
