- Melt butter and sugar in medium saucepan over medium heat. When sugar is dissolved, increase heat to medium-high. Stir in whipping cream and BBQ sauce. Boil 3 to 5 min. until thickened. Cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, alternately thread mango, papaya and pineapple cubes onto skewers.
- Place skewers on grill preheated to medium-high heat. Cook 5 to 7 min., turning occasionally, until fruit is lightly golden and marked. Serve with warm caramel sauce for dipping.
Tip: When in season, make skewers with local strawberries, melons and peaches.
