Ingredients

1 pound
lean ground beef
11/2 ounces
Blue Cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp
minced Compliments Organic Fresh chives
1/8 tsp
hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp
Compliments Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp
coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
dry mustard

French rolls or hamburger buns

Method

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, blue cheese, chives, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and mustard.
Step 2
Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes, up to 2 hours.
Step 3
Preheat grill for high heat.
Step 4
Gently form the burger mixture into about 4 patties.
Step 5
Oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done; serve on rolls.
