Tuna Sandwich with Sundried Tomatoes & Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  1. 60 mL Kalamata olives, pitted and roughly chopped
  2. 60 mL Compliments Sundried Tomatoes
  3. 8 Multigrain bread
  4. 57 g Compliments Goat’s Milk Cheese Crumbles
  5. 500 mL Compliments Organic Baby Spinach

Method

  1. Combine tuna, olives and sundried tomatoes.
  2. Divide mixture between 4 slices of bread. 
  3. Top each with equal amounts of spinach and cheese crumbles. Top with remaining bread slices.
