Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

  1. 4 salmon fillets (1 ½ lbs.), if frozen, thaw and blot dry
  2. 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) Compliments butter or margarine
  3. 2 teaspoons honey
  4. 4 tablespoons Sensations Original Dijon Mustard
  5. Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper. 
  2. In a small skillet or microwave-safe bowl, melt butter or margarine. 
  3. Stir in honey and mustard.
  4. To grill, heavily grease grill rack. 
  5. Or, to broil, line a broiler pan with heavy foil and grease the foil. 
  6. Brush mustard mixture on one side of fish. 
  7. Place on grill rack, mustard side down, or broil 4 inches from heat, mustard side up, for 3-4 minutes, basting occasionally. 
  8. Turn, brush with mustard mixture and cook for 2-4 minutes, basting occasionally, until fish is well browned and flesh at thickest part is opaque when flaked with the tip of a sharp knife. 
  9. Remove to plates and serve.
