- In bowl, whisk together sesame oil, lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame seeds.
- Place smoked salmon in separate bowl. Pour in half the sesame oil dressing. Gently stir to coat. Set aside.
- Divide mixed greens into 4 shallow bowls. Top with salmon, radishes, red onion, pickled ginger, macadamia nuts. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Sprinkle with nori.
- Drizzle with Sriracha sauce, if desired.
- For a hearty meal, serve on a bed of quinoa.
