Raspberry Lemon Shandy

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) fresh raspberries, divided
  2. 3 cups (750 mL) lemonade, chilled
  3. 2 bottles (341 mL each) light beer, chilled
  4. ice cubes to serve

Method

  1. Purée 1 cup (250 mL) fresh raspberries with an immersion blender. Combine in pitcher with lemonade, beer and remaining whole raspberries. Chill 15 min. to steep flavours. Serve over ice.
