Pork Chops with Raspberry Dijon Glaze

  1. 1/2 cup Compliments Beef Broth
  2. 3 tablespoons Compliments Pure Raspberry Jam
  3. 1 tablespoon Compliments Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  4. 1 teaspoon Sensations Original Dijon Mustard
  5. 1 pound thin-cut, boneless top loin pork chops
  6. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  7. 1 tablespoon Sensations Extra Virgin 100% Olive Oil
  8. 1 tablespoon Compliments Butter


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together broth, jam, vinegar, and mustard. Set aside.
  2. Season pork chops to taste with salt and pepper. 
  3. In a 12-inch nonstick frying pan, heat oil over high heat. 
  4. Add pork and cook, turning once, until chops are browned and meat is just barely pink in center (cut to test), 2-3 minutes total. 
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and keep warm.
  6. To pan, add broth mixture. 
  7. Whisk over high heat until boiling. 
  8. Let boil until mixture is slightly thickened, about 1 minute. 
  9. Remove from heat and whisk in butter. 
  10. Pour over pork and serve immediately.
