- Whisk milk, honey, cinnamon and salt in large re-sealable container until smooth. Stir in rolled oats and peanut butter. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hr., or up to 2 days.
- Stir and spoon into 6 bowls. Serve cold topped with chopped peanuts and strawberry jam.
For camping, oatmeal can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator/cooler for up to 2 days.
