Pasta with Salmon Lemon and Dill

  1. 1 package (16 oz.) Compliments Spaghetti or Linguine
  2. 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  3. 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  4. 1/3 cup olive oil
  5. 3 tablespoons Compliments Organic Fresh Dill, chopped
  6. 2 packages of smoked salmon, torn
  7. 1 tablespoon salted capers, rinsed and chopped
  8. 1/3 cup Compliments Organic Fresh Mint
  9. 3 green onions (scallions), trimmed and sliced
  10. salt and cracked black pepper
  11. lemon wedges, to serve


  1. Follow cooking directions printed on pasta box and cook until al dente.
  2. Drain and return to the pan. 
  3. Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil and dill, and add to the pasta with the salmon, capers, mint, green onions, salt and pepper. 
  4. Toss to combine and serve with lemon wedges.
