Ingredients

1 package
Compliments Spaghetti or Linguine
16 oz.
2 tbsp
lemon zest
3 tbsp
lemon juice
1/3 cup
olive oil
3 tbsp
Compliments Organic Fresh Dill, chopped
2
packages of smoked salmon, torn
1 tbsp
salted capers, rinsed and chopped
1/3 cup
Compliments Organic Fresh Mint
3
green onions (scallions), trimmed and sliced
salt and cracked black pepper
lemon wedges, to serve

Method

Step 1
Follow cooking directions printed on pasta box and cook until al dente.
Step 2
Drain and return to the pan.
Step 3
Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil and dill, and add to the pasta with the salmon, capers, mint, green onions, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Toss to combine and serve with lemon wedges.
