Jalapeno Chili Nachos

  1. 1 bag (300 g) reduced-sodium tortilla chips
  2. 1 container (625 mL) Sensations by Compliments Stompin’ Steakhouse Chili with Beans
  3. 1 cup (250 mL) grated Cheddar cheese
  4. 1 cup (250 mL) grated Monterey Jack cheese
  5. 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  6. salsa and sour cream to serve (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Layer half the chips, chili, cheeses and jalapeño onto the baking sheet.
  2. Add a second layer with the remaining chips, chili, and jalapeño, finishing with cheese on top.
  3. Bake 10 min. or until cheese is bubbling and golden.
  4. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side, if desired.
