  • 1 box (1 pound) Mostaccioli
  • salt
  • 1 pound Compliments Mild Italian Sausage, casings removed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) Arrabiata Sauce
  • 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Compliments Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  1. In a 5- to 6-quart pan, bring 3 quarts of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add mostaccioli and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender to bite, about 12 minutes.

Add sauce and 1/2 cup parmesan. Mix well then spoon into serving bowls. Offer additional cheese to add to taste if desired.
