Lemon Parmesan Broccoli

  1. 1 tbsp olive oil, 15 mL
  2. 1 tbsp roasted garlic seasoning paste, 15 mL
  3. 1/2 cup vegetable broth, 125 mL
  4. 6 cups broccoli florets, 1.5 L
  5. 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  6. 1/4 cup freshly grated 30-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano, 60 mL


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic paste and cook just until fragrant, about 30 sec. stir in broth and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and cover, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 5 min. Add lemon juice, then sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano and lemon zest.
