Creamy Jalapeno Cilantro Dip

Makes: 1 cup (250 mL)

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup (250 mL) plain Greek yogourt
  2. 1/2 cup (125 mL) loosely packed chopped fresh cilantro
  3. 1 green onion, chopped
  4. 1 small jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  5. 1 tsp (5 mL) finely grated lime zest
  6. 3 tbsp (45 mL) lime juice
  7. 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt

Method

  1. Combine yogourt, cilantro, green onion, jalapeno, lime zest, juice and salt in blender. Puree until smooth. Sauce can be stored, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days.
  2. Serve with prepared Sensations by Compliments Mini Shrimp Tacos.

Tip: Try serving the dip with tortilla chips or grilled shrimp or alongside fish or chicken.
