Two-Ingredient Berry Pie Ice Cream

  1. 4 cups (1 L) vanilla ice cream, softened
  2. 1/2 an 8-in.(20-cm) berry pie


  1. Place ice cream in large bowl. Break pie into bite-size pieces on top of ice cream. Fold pie pieces into ice cream. 
  2. Scrape mixture into 9 X 5-in. (1.9 L) loaf pan, smoothing top with back of spoon. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze 4 hr., or until firm. Serve with whipped cream, fresh berries and mint.
