Homemade Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup mayonnaise
  2. ½ cup plain 2% yogourt
  3. ¼ cup finely chopped gherkins
  4. 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  5. 1 tbsp capers, coarsely chopped
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

  1. In bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogourt, gherkins, parsley, capers and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. or overnight.

Tip: Cut back on calories by substituting an equal amount of plain 2% yogourt for the mayonnaise.
