mayonnaise

plain 2% yogourt

¼ cup
finely chopped gherkins
60 mL
2 tbsp
finely chopped fresh parsley

capers, coarsely chopped
15 mL
1 tbsp
lemon juice
15 mL

Method

Step 1

In bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogourt, gherkins, parsley, capers and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. or overnight.

Tips

Cut back on calories by substituting an equal amount of plain 2% yogourt for the mayonnaise.
