- Preheat barbecue to high. In a bowl, mix together onion, salt, lime juice and roasted garlic paste. Set aside.
- Grill avocado 1 to 2 min. per side. Remove from barbecue, roughly chop and add to red onion mixture. Mix in tomatoes, cilantro and hot sauce. Serve with tortilla chips.
Tip!: To prevent this fruit from slipping through the barbecue grates, quarter or halve the avocado and grill flesh side down.
