- Onto each skewer, thread 1 piece of cheese, half slice of ham (it can be folded) and an olive. Make 16 skewers. Arrange on serving platter. Whisk together oil, sherry vinegar, thyme, honey and salt. Drizzle dressing over skewers.
• Sprinkle skewers with sliced almonds.
• Substitute sherry vinegar with balsamic, white wine or red wine vinegar.
