mangos, peeled, cut into large chunks
papaya, peeled, cut into large chunks
pineapple, peeled, cut into large chunks
wooden skewers, soaked
Melt butter and sugar in medium saucepan over medium heat. When sugar is dissolved, increase heat to medium-high. Stir in whipping cream and BBQ sauce. Boil 3 to 5 min. until thickened. Cool slightly.
Meanwhile, alternately thread mango, papaya and pineapple cubes onto skewers.
Place skewers on grill preheated to medium-high heat. Cook 5 to 7 min., turning occasionally, until fruit is lightly golden and marked. Serve with warm caramel sauce for dipping.
