Method

Step 1
Lemon Vinaigrette: Whisk oil with lemon juice, shallot, honey and salt.
Step 2
Toss arugula, quinoa and grapefruit segments with Lemon Vinaigrette. Sprinkle with blackberries and pumpkin seeds.
