Gingerbread Almond Latte

  1. 3 cups (750 mL) brewed Sensations by Compliments Prima Tazza Medium Roast Coffee, prepared according to package instructions
  2. 1 carton (946 mL) almond beverage
  3. 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon
  4. 1 tsp (5 mL) ground ginger
  5. 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
  6. 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
  7. 1 tsp (5 mL) honey (optional)
  8. 6 cinnamon sticks for garnish


  1. Combine coffee, almond beverage, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and vanilla in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Stir in honey, if using.
  2. Pour coffee mixture into 6 small heatproof mugs. Garnish each drink with a cinnamon stick and pinch of nutmeg. 

- Add 2 tbsp (30 mL) spiced rum to each mug before filling with coffee mixture.
- To make Spiced Gingerbread Mocha Affogato, spoon vanilla soy ice cream into individual glass tumblers. Top each with 1/2 cup (125 mL) hot Gingerbread Almond Latte.
