- In pitcher, combine 1/2 cup (125 mL) blueberries, mint leaves, lemonade and sugar. Muddle with handle of wooden spoon. Stir in gin and lime juice.
- Strain into 8 ice-filled glasses. Top each glass with 1/4 cup (60 mL) sparkling water. Garnish with remaining frozen blueberries and lime slices.
• For non-alcoholic cocktail, substitute gin with more lemonade.
• Substitute gin with vodka or tequila.
