Ingredients

sliced or cubed fresh fruit, such as kiwis, strawberries or melon
500 mL
1 cup
2% yogurt
250 mL
1/4 cup
orange juice
60 mL
2 tsp
honey
10 mL
1 tsp
peeled and grated fresh ginger
5 mL
Sliced fruit or whole berries for garnish

Method

Step 1

Place fresh fruit (except garnishes), yogurt, orange juice, honey and ginger in food processor or blender; process until smooth.

Step 2

Pour into chilled glasses, garnish and serve.

Tips

Make smoothie sweeter by using peach or berry yogurt instead of plain.
